Delegate Williams moves to amend Com Sub for HB2015 on page1, section 15, lines 5 and 6 by striking out the words “but not limited to, a political subdivision, charitable or public service organization,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “charitable or public service organization or other non-governmental entity, but does not include a political subdivision”
